All the staff at Durham Family Dental are extremely welcoming and helpful! Laura in particular has been great at putting me at ease, professionally handling the concerns and issues I have had, I am looking forward to working more with Laura as I start my Invisalign journey! Sam, Gill and Skye have also been great in bringing me back to great gum health, thank you for your patience and kindness during the two recent hygiene appointments! Fantastic Dental Practice. Attended my appointment today with Sam and Gill. Both were lovely, friendly and extremely patient. I was put at ease straight away and made to feel comfortable. Everything is explained which is nice and you definitely feel as if you are in 'good hands' The service is 5* and so professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Durham Family Dental Practice.

Attended the practice for treatment today and being a nervous patient was quite anxious. However, Sam and Gill soon put me at ease with their reassuring manner and friendly approach. Sam was excellent at explaining in detail what was going to happen and assured me everything would be done at my pace. I had my first clean with Sam and Gill and I was very nervous for it as it had been years since my last hygiene visit and I have sensitive teeth during cleans. They were both so patient and lovely and took their time on the cleaning and to educate me on aftercare. I felt really at ease and I definitely feel like I trust them with my teeth. They didn’t rush, and were receptive to me when I needed breaks. I would highly recommend them!

I visited Durham Family Dental for an appointment with Caroline Smith, Dental Therapist, who was assisted by Skye and I found the service to be exceptional. I immediately felt at ease and was very will informed before Caroline and Skye started my hygiene treatment. During the appointment I was very comfortable and at the end of the appointment I noticed my teeth to be brighter and cleaner that they have been for years. The treatment was comprehensive, and I am following the advice given. I will continue to attend the practice for regular follow ups. I have given a five-star review which both Caroline and Skye fully deserve. Thank you.

I’m a new patient and, after my initial assessment with Steph, which was very thorough, I had my first treatment which was the replacement of a cracked filling. This was done by Sam, assisted by Lorna, who were both friendly and reassuring. They created a nice, calm atmosphere with no sense of hurry. It all went well and I’m pleased to have been treated by such pleasant, efficient people.
