Awful doctors. I'm in pain with fluid on the ankle hav asked for painkillers as I can't take over counter medication they have refused a phone consultation. I also have tourettes and they know this and because I was having ticks on the phone where I'm in pain they say I'm abusive they make me scared of ringing the doctors these days. Never happened where I used to live in near Bristol but now I'm terrified

Being told you have alopecia is never nice. But may I say that dr sawl ( if I spelt that correct) has been so informative and reassuring throughout the diagnosis and treatment. I’ve never felt more comfortable around a doctor or a procedure of that kind of treatment. Thank you to him for being so compassionate. Down to earth and honest. Superstar doctor. Who deserves recognition

I very rarely go to the doctors, for a 60 year old woman. However, on the few occasions I have been.
I have found the receptionists very helpful and efficient.
And I have always been seen quickly.
The medical staff I.e nurses, doctors and physio have been lovely. They all well deserve a 5star rating 👏. Thank you

Really disappointed, have been with this surgery for my whole life. Never had an issue at all when Dr McCarthy & Dr Furley Smith were running the surgery but since they’re retirement, the place has really gone down hill. Called in reference to 2 issues that I need to talk to the doctor about & was told the doctor will only be able to discuss one! & will have to book a separate appointment for the 2nd problem. Which is completely outrageous. I also, am pregnant & have had to call the surgery 4 times to try & get the prescription, I require & still to no avail.
No doubt, the blame will be pinned on Covid!!!

This used to be the best surgery in Hastings. Unfortunately it is now, without doubt, the absolute worst. They built an enormous new surgery but you are completely unable to obtain an appointment to see a Doctor! The receptionists are rude and obstructive, and are pseudo medical experts who will decide whether you are worthy of a telephone consultation or not. I was left in floods of tears by the whole experience and still haven't been seen by or spoken to a GP, despite the continual worry.
Now, although I have been called for a flu vaccine for 20 years, I apparently have to pay for a vaccine at a supermarket as the surgery doesn't have enough vaccines to accommodate anyone unable to attend on the one date they are offering!
The surgery should be closed down and donated to community groups, as it definitely no longer provides health care!!

So disappointed as it’s always been a great surgery but tried for 2 days to get just telephone appointment waiting on phone for over an hour at a time being cut off & then being deemed as not urgent! After a thyroid removal a fall & fainting episodes!
Guess you do have to been on deaths door to qualify.
I’d rather pay into a private health plan & get seen than work all my life to pay into a system that is broken!

The nurses are wonderful and highly efficient and their job. They put you at ease and make it a great experience.

The doctors do not provide a caring or consistent service and the service is in most parts very damaging to the patient. Since moving online there seems to be a great rush to get the patient off the phone and no need to take any kind of history or background to the problem or diagnostic questions.

If the town had better options I would move.
