Bowtree are just amazing!! All the carers who help my mum are lovely, kind, patient and have had a good laugh with her. Julie has been really patient with me on times I've needed extra hours or I've asked if they can do something while they're there and it's a huge weight off my shoulders knowing my mum is in safe hands while I'm at work or away. Bowtree Homecare have been providing care for my wife Frances since we moved into our new apartment in December 2021. From the outset the quality of care was excellent. Early last summer Frances spent a lengthy period in hospital and intermediate care. Throughout the period of Frances's absence, Julie maintained contact with me, seeking updates on her progress. While away, Frances's level of mobility deteriorated significantly due to a lack of exercise. When she returned home in August 2022, Frances required an increased level of care. The management at Bowtree quickly identified her immediate needs and set in place a care package that was of significant benefit to Frances and, as her carer, greatly eased the burden on me. Over recent months, Julie and her team have played a major role in helping Frances back close to her previous level of mobility. In addition, all the staff at Bowtree have developed a great relationship with Frances, which has had a positive impact on her mental attitude. Bowtree have shown great flexibility and a willingness to meet our needs when small changes have been needed. We could not wish for a better level of care, compassion and understanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bowtree to anyone considering setting up a care package for themselves or a member of their family.

After researching & looking for a quality care package due to my husbands rare diagnosis of GBS I needed a home care agency that could work along side myself & other medical staff to make sure my husband got the care he deserved
On discharge from hospital & rehabilitation after months being an inpatient my husband arrived home wheelchair bound & a prisoner in his own home.
This is when I came across Bowtree Home Care.
During the 1st telephone consultation with BowTree management to my surprise they ✅ all the boxes.
Manager Julie then commenced with a care plan to suit my husband & everything then just fell into place.
My husband at first declined any personal care which was expected as I reassured the team he was a fit hardworking Independent man before his diagnosis the team supported & reassured me with regards to this matter by respecting his & my wishes with preference of care so I continued with that side of things for a shot while.
As time passed he finally got to know the team & started to put his trust in them to take over from me regarding personal care in thee upmost dignified manner.
I personally feel this was all down too the compassionate safe effective care they offered supporting him physically mentally & emotionally throughout there visits respecting his wishes & preferences of care at all times they also reassured him the benefits in him giving consent to letting his immediate family be involved in his care & rehabilitation ect ..
The family then become more relaxed & content knowing the quality of care the team was so kindly providing.
As time passed team Bowtree worked along side some of the physiotherapists whom supported the team by offering advice & general information on how to support & keep my husband Mobil
On discharge from Physiotherapy
Bowtree took over caring & supporting my husband with his mobility outdoors were he progressed
Then I could return back to work knowing my husband was in the capable caring hands off Bow-Tree

Since then due to my freak accident & taking into account Patient Choice.
After a substantial amount of time I have now been given the opportunity to have my care also provided by Bow-Tree. Whom I have every faith will help get me up & running again
