My Dad is currently a patient at High Glades and has had a few medical issues over the past 3 months. The team has been absolutely wonderful.
Nothing is to much trouble.
We have both been treated with dignity, the utmost respect and compassion.
Alfie in particular has been amazing.
He is kind, patient and very caring.
Alfie has gone out of his way to ensure that my Dad has received the best care, not only that, he has also thought about myself during this difficult time and supported me in whatever way he possibly can.
He is an absolute asset to the practice!
I would like to extend both my gratitude and thanks to everyone at High Glades. I cannot thank you enough.
I am pleased my Dad is under such a wonderful GP surgery.

Earlier this year, I was taken very ill and so put my faith in my doctor. This led to six months of treatment from a number of different practitioners - all of whom treated me with kindness, respect and decency. Given the pressures on the NHS and the huge number of people the surgery sees, they were exceptional.
I have wanted to write this review for sometime, now doing as I recover from what were particularly challenging times. To the whole team, at every level: thank you very much for all of your help.

This review is specifically for Alison Durand- Wood who was so helpful and thorough in her examination the day we saw her. She took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. I understand she only works at high glades 1 or 2 days a week but she is an asset where ever she goes. Thank you Alison.

I was told to phone at 08:30 a.m. in the morning. I did. Twice in a row. Their keypad isn't working well and when I opted for waiting for a receptionist, the voice says that I cannot be connected at the moment and need to try later. Very strange. Please sort out the technical error or technical glitch. Usually very nice staff are available to help. Thank-you kindly.

Wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have too. Absolute joke of a surgery, the communication between the receptiononist and well anyone at all is shocking! Changing surgery's the amount of times they've messed about my extremely sick sons medication and food is not acceptable. Not to mention the way some doctors speak to you like absolute dirt because they cant be bothered to do their jobs anymore! Avoid at all costs

Went to register myself and my wife with the surgery but was refused an opportunity to do so in spite of NHS website confirming that our address was in their catchment area. Made us fill a 10 page form only at the end to inform that we do not come in their catchment area. Gave us a number to call and confirm whether we come in their catchment area but the number was invalid. I was wondering if it was something to do with our race.
