I visited as a customer and by the time I left I've become an advocate. First-class and outstanding. Rarely these days do you get to experience such a caring, personable and attentive service. From the response to my initial email seeking an urgent appointment, throught to the friendly caring nature of the girls on reception, the optician herself and, my post eye examination discussion with David, I felt a very strong theme of professionality running solid throughout. My children are seen by David and Iain, both are extremely professional and always give you the best advice. David is always very professional and as a parent always makes me feel involved in the appointments and explains everything to me and my child without is sounding too complicated. My youngest loves seeing Iain!
The practise is always clean and social distancing is being met with hand sanitising stand. The receptionist are lovely as well. Always such a calm environment here.

Called today in need of an emergency eye appointment for my son, the receptionist was so lovely she took all the details and called me back within 10 mins and found a slot for us. Cannot thank you enough.

Would highly recommend David to anyone seeing any kind of treatment. Thank you very much 👍🏼

An absolute fantastic visit only got new glasses in April this year but with having poor sight all my life knew something wasn't right was referred by my health provider to see them had a full eye exam drops included which usually freak me out but Amelia was fantastic they do sting at 1st but not for long.
Amelia explained in full what the difference was and now know to watch for in future pleased that I now know what was and may happen in future also
The other staff were brilliant also can not fault for a 1st visit
