Luke has been my personal trainer for many years now and he really knows his stuff. His extensive knowledge and ability to inspire make every session engaging and productive. Whether it’s kettlebells, weights or cardio, he always finds different and effective ways to keep training interesting.
Before training with Luke, I struggled to run even half a kilometre without stopping . Thanks to his guidance on pacing myself and how to breathe, I can now run 5k comfortably and have even done 10k! His coaching has given me a solid fitness foundation which enables me to pursue all the activities I love - like long distance hiking, swimming, windsurfing and even surfing. I’ve worked with Luke for over a year now and he’s been great at building custom programs for improving general fitness and also for specific rehab following injury. Well, I’m 70 years old now, wow!
Been training with Luke for 3 1/2 years. He taught me a lot and helped me a lot.

When I first met Luke I had severe frozen shoulder on one side and badly torn rotator cuff muscle group on both sides.
Doctors had tried for almost a year with me, no progress whatsoever.

Well Luke and I started off very gently and within a few months I was getting better and better. Fast forward to today and I feel great. We are both still mindful of my condition and train accordingly. Luke truly knows his profession. He’s a great motivator, trainer and a nice guy to spend time with ….. try him out, I’m sure it will be a good experience.
