Useless. Urgently need to take my implant out due to complications and they are not helpful at all. I was told to keep ringing everyday at 8.30 and hope to get a slot. I told the lady on the phone that i work.fulltime and am working at 8.30, to which she responded with 'oh well theres not much you can do then'

helpful and polite staff, Nurse Greg is a kind and thoughtful person who took time and patience to help. was at ease and felt much less worried or scared about such a small operation yet scary to me! thank you
