Have just had 6 courses of physio treatment with Shinu. He is the most dedicated practitioner, very gentle and understanding of my pain and requirements and certainly put me on the right path to being more comfortable and continue to heal. He is hard-working and deserves to get to where he wants to be. Thank you, keep doing what you do so well and we will watch this space!!

Having tried several Pilates classes in London, I'm afraid they simply do not compare to the unrivalled friendliness of those at the Wellington centre. Glenda the Pilates teacher is an absolute gem and really knows what she is talking about! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Beautiful relaxing environment with excellent therapists definitely recommend a visit to the website to see just how much they offer such a vast range of therapies and classes and plenty of car parking spaces ( pay and display) near by and castle hill pay and display 5 min walk

Visited The Candle Orchard for a tattoo appointment; staff in the reception were very friendly and helpful, building is very well kept and they have lots of info available about things going on there.
