Eaton Homecare has been caring for our elderly parents for the last three years. We were lucky and delighted that the first longterm carer they introduced was a perfect fit, she gelled very quickly with our (not always easy to please) parents, found the perfect balance between professional competence, confidence,
warmth and firmness. She has endeared herself to the whole family, and though she has very recently moved on to follow different career aspirations, she remains a family member. Our parents' care needs have since increased, and this has coincided with needing to find a new carer with suitable practical as well as interpersonal skills and empathy. The deputy manager of Eaton Homecare has been a gem in helping us to work through the complexities and plan along twin tracks to cover different eventualities. She is very well informed, insightful and personable - we appreciate so very much the dedicated help and support she and Eaton Homecare are providing.
