Very difficult to get through to get an appointment and the reception staff can be a bit rude. That is the main reason for a low star rating.

Attending the clinic in person for an appointment is ok. You can check yourself in. They generally run behind in the afternoon. Dr's don't have much time for you but they are generally good. The time they get isn't their fault.

Just registered online with the practice and whole process was very easy and quick. Reception staff were very friendly and assisted with online access to services. Phone system not over complicated like other surgeries I’ve been at and staff were quick to answer. Easily obtained a telephone appointment with doctor who was also friendly and helpful. Excellent experience!

I have had a wonderful experience with the team at Cornford House, I needed to see someone urgently whilst I was travelling in cambs. The team were very helpful and were able to sort me out. The reception staff were very friendly and the doctor very helpful and listened to my concerns. Great service and a lovely team! Thank you all!

Impossible to see a GP, all slots for the day gone by 8 30 a.m. much promoted online system is only for admin issues such as issue of sick notes. Cannot make advance appointments. GPs seem to work at home whatever that means.

Best surgery in Cambridge, always got appointments when needed, and got the urgent treatment I needed at the time of need, definitely recommend!

This is reflective of todays visit. Appointment was well late, no update and end up seeing the nurse without any explanation. However happy to wait as understand the pressures involved.

However very Poor service not worth visiting the practising nurse , my mother came to go through her health issues she instead hoovered out and prompted to make another appointment, being curious and asking the patient was there anything else she needs help with?

Also overheard staff talking about bad reviews and disagreeing with them ?

Well I think you guys need to take on board feedback and deal with it rather blaming others. Telling customers to waste your time and make another appointment when someone else could be more in need is a better way to deal with this.

I’ve asked for the practice manager to call me, apparently going on holiday, let see if she calls and deals with this feedback or hoovers it under the carpet.

Regularly wait an hour for someone to pick up the phone. Rude reception staff who could not care less. Had my cancer misdiagnosed as a skin disorder and brushed off. Lucky I had a second opinion or I might be dead now. Avoid.

Not sure what patients expect? I have found the staff very friendly and helpful. The reception staff are very helpful, new faces which is nice to see. Every time I call (yes the phone takes long but it's not the receptions fault!) I get through to friendly staff who try their best to help. I wish we could see Dr's f2f but as we still are not out of COVID I am happy to have a call back as this stops the time wasters from taking f2f appointments that others need more then a silly cold....
Keep up the good work and thanks for being open in these difficult times.
