My physio assessment with Emily was thorough, professional and informative. I left with hope that it is within my control to build up my strength and reduce the pain I have been experiencing. The app to log exercises is also really useful and easy to use.

I have also attended postnatal Pilates with humanity and found Gillian very experienced, by just looking at me she knew what muscles I was or wasn’t using, so that adjustments could be made. It was also great to be able to bring my baby along to these sessions.

First visit, so glad I did. Emily was friendly but professional too, I was so pleased with the way my problem was explained to me. Gave me confidence to start excercises

I went for a post pregnancy ‘Mummy MOT’ with Emily and she was fantastic. I now feel so much more confident and informed and ready to get back to training and eventually to the level I was pre-pregnancy. She was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, I would 100% recommend!

I go to reformer pilates twice a week, the instructors (Emily, Jess and Gillian) are all fantastic! With up to 6 people in each class, it's a lovely sized group catering to all levels of experiences. They have a mum and baby class where I can bring my little one with me and make new friends with other mums. I'm officially a reformer pilates addict!

I had a physio assessment with Jess. She showed real empathy, was really thorough, very knowledgable and gave me a gentle but effective treatment. She also gave me some exercises to do at home and advice for next steps. I’ll definitely be visiting Jess again and look forward to being physically well enough to join Pilates sessions in the not too distant future.

I attended the clinic having experienced hip pain for a prolonged period of time. I had previously seen a chiropractor who hadn’t offered a diagnosis even after approx 8 sessions. Emily was able to do this within the first session. Her knowledge is very reassuring & the explanations she provided are very helpful. I love her determination to get me fixed in as short a period of time as possible.

Emily was very professional, friendly and made me feel at ease. She gave me some treatment in the initial consultation which I felt was very beneficial and an exercise plan to follow at home. Overall a very posted experience. I would definitely recommend and will certainly return if I require any further treatment.
