this is such a bad gp. it has barely any appointments to book and when you can book its atleast a month away. once you get to your appointment you have an extremely long waiting time on top of your appointment and they dont communicate with you at all. the doctors are not good as well and dont help one bit no matter your problem.

Wanted to leave a review as the negative ones here almost made me avoid booking an appointment. Visited the sexual health clinic today and had a great experience. They did their due-diligence and were very professional, as well as friendly. I scheduled the appointment online the day before. Can’t speak for the GP but would recommend the clinic.

The most ridiculous place on earth!
When you try to book an appointment they lie to you that you can not have one, however if you insist then you get one.
The worst part is the incompetent doctors they have. I booked 3 appointments one after another due to not satisfactory experience.
FIRST doctor tried to prescribe me things that I do not need and wait for 3 weeks IF the issue I got will go away.
SECOND doctor said it is alright because he had the same what I had and there is nothing to worry about.
THE THIRD doctor was absolute b...d, he checked me up and took a sample. Then he said that I have ‘pharyngitis’ and prescribed me antibiotics. HOWEVER, I had no symptoms that indicate that I have ‘pharyngitis ‘ so therefore I understood they do NOT possess any knowledge and no care about what they do. Just take antibiotics! I can be a doctor as well by prescribing antibiotics to everyone!
(The sample that he took was lost and they apologised in the text message)
These doctors are just a waste of space and time.
I have fixed my issue myself, this is how ‘good’ NHS is!

My family has used this surgery for 18 years and they have always taken good care of us. Staff are helpful and they always go the extra mile in an emergency. One doctor actually waited after hours outside to hand me an urgent prescription after the surgery had closed. It's free, professional and I feel that everyone does the best with the task that they're given.

When you actually get an appointment and manage to see them, they're decent - doing a good job in difficult circumstances. Unfortunately, you can't get that far because of reception. Almost 2 hours from 8' o'c, going from number 15 in the queue to number one and then someone just hangs up the receiver - it goes to to the busy signal.
I've done this twice now trying to re-arrange an online appointment because their system doesn't allow you to rearrange online. And meanwhile my symptoms keep getting worse.

They send you a message to say your due for a smear test but they expect you to call and wait ages to get through !!!! They should make these types of appointments easier to encourage women to have the test. Or you complete an E consult form for another matter and never get a call back! How can this surgery be kept running this way, it’s always the same with this place they make it so hard for anything. Nothing ever changes

I have not joined last year after nearly 30 years with my Surgery, my first experience with this Morum House was Reception seems to be terrible when you wait very long time and some just jump que or the receptionist carries on talking to some Random person. Dr did not use much but they are ok, lastly the worst part is making an appointment, Not in this year, online appointment system is waste of time, NOT A SINGLE SLIT AVAILABLE FOR WHOLE Money NTH! is that being real? I just think it's appalling when you need to see a Dr, making a appointment it just will not happen, so for this reason I have today signed up to another surgery. Les than 8 months, no confidence I will be able to see a Dr, imagine the elderly or my mum who has got no clue in making appointment
