Our cat was hit by a car on a Saturday and was taken to Larkmead vets by passers by.
I cannot express how good they were with us especially as we were not registered with them, they kept us updated everyday he was in and explained all the steps clearly! All the staff were professional and friendly, really helping us at this stressful time. Can not recommend them enough!

For the past 12 years we have been coming to Larkmead for my pooch.
I can't fault them with any visit we've had, any surgery, any appointment. They always give us their time when it's needed and they are very clear and precise with information.
Currently going through tests and I'm glad it's with Larkmead!

I can’t speak highly enough of Larkmead.

We had an emergency c section at their Didcot branch (out of hours) and everything went as planned.

The vet doing the surgery was brilliant and gave us all the information we could ever require.

The front of house staff (Maybe a veterinary nurse? Apologies!) was also brilliant, kept us in the loop during surgery via phones called and texts etc.

Pricing was very reasonable and they’re even contactable on WhatsApp!

I am very happy with all the services offered here and their approach to my dog who isn't as polite as he should be. We've been with Larkmead for a little over a year now. We've had to take our girl Ripley in a few times now, most recently for her spay. They took great care of her, the wound was really clean and put back together really well. She struggled with pain her first night home, the on call emergency vet was really helpful. We managed to book our follow ups at times that suited and everything ran so smoothly! Thanks for taking care of our girl!

Always friendly and excellent service.

We’ve been using Larkmead since the corner shop closed and they opened many years ago.

Reception staff always seem genuinely happy to see you and the veterinarians are professional whilst explaining things in clear language.

It’s nice to have a vet where there seem genuinely interested in your pets and their wellbeing.

Absolutely amazing vets!! I can’t recommend them enough! I took my sausage dog (sausage) in after she was hit by a car as an emergency call. They got us in as soon as we arrived, were so helpful and supportive. She had surgery and was kept in for a few days, they updated me multiple times a day throughout. Brilliant care, I felt like my dog was in safe hands! They are so reasonably priced. I decided to continue her aftercare program at LarkMead rather than our local vets because I feel so confident with their care! Thank you all so much!
