I'm traveling from the USA and was caught by surprise when I learned that a medicine I need rarely is over-the-counter in the US, but by prescription in the UK! Fortunately, I called and was able to get a same-morning appointment at Stonegate Medical Clinic. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Dr. Kuva says this happens all the time! I will be more aware of this in the future -- but grateful to her and the staff this time around. Thank you!

I called on a monday morning for an emergency and they were able to fit me in that day. Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff, willing to go above and beyond for the patients they have. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely be returning.

This is exactly how a doctors should be.
The entrance is discreet
The lady on reception is polite and helpful
The waiting room quiet, calming and comfortable
Appointment was on time and felt in no way rushed, the doctor took all the time that was necessary to listen to my concerns and explain things to me
My blood test results were delivered promptly with a detailed but understandable explanation.
Thankyou so much for making a not so pleasant experience as pleasant as it could possibly be.
100% worth the travel time and the money
I will be using Stonegate Medical from now on and would happily reccomend to anyone .

I have known about this medical centre for a number of years. This is my first time using their services. Due to a shoulder injury, I initiated contact via the website. Called on the Monday morning and was surprised to receive a appointment that morning. It is a beautiful building. Reception staff where friendly. I saw the Dr and after the consultation it was recommended that I had a joint injection. The Dr checked and I was booked in the next Friday.
An efficient and pleasant experience from initial contact. Very friendly staff.

I was struggling so much with an infection and was difficult getting understood by the NHS .I was so impressed with the speed of the receptionists booking me in with one of the doctors the same day. The doctor I saw was just so kind supportive ,understanding and listened to me thoroughly and was put at ease immediately. My health is now improving Thank you stonegate medical clinic for all you have done for me I am utterly grateful:)

After taking my baby to have his tongue tie released I cannot recommend the service that is provided by the midwives at Stonegate medical enough!
They were so professional, knowledgeable and informative.
They provided all the information and advice that we had been lacking prior to the appointment.
The procedure itself was so quick and my baby was feeding straight after without any discomfort.
I had such confidence in the midwives after the consultation prior to the procedure that any stress about the procedure was alleviated.
The follow up care was fantastic, it provided an opportunity to ask any questions I had been too stressed to ask before and also to take advantage of the wealth of knowledge the midwives at Stonegate have.
The service all round was not only professional but warm, supportive and caring.
I cannot thank them enough.

A highly professional and efficient service. I was able to book an appointment the next day. The doctor was excellent and followed up on everything required very promptly. The manager and reception staff were all helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We took our 10 month old daughter to have her tongue checked. We knew prior to the appointment they would be unable to treat anything they found but we were looking for advice. The team were incredibly, welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate with their care/advice. After thorough discussion we gained guidance where to seek further advice. This advice supported us in finding another service able to perform the release. Our daughter is now a much happier little lady. Thankyou so much for your help.
