I recently had an experience related to an appointment with Dr. Naeem Suleman, organised through my private healthcare provider, Onebright. The booking was confirmed on the 10th of January, for Saturday 10th of February with an assurance that Dr. Suleman would reach out before the scheduled meeting.

Regrettably, I did not receive any communication from Dr. Suleman following the initial confirmation. On the day of the appointment, despite my efforts to contact him, I was unsuccessful. Subsequently, I reached out to Onebright for clarification. They informed me that they had contacted Dr. Suleman and assured me he would be in touch shortly. 50 minutes before the appointment a voicemail was left by Dr. Suleman on a withheld number, indicating his inability to attend the appointment and promising to reschedule, though I have not heard from him since.

Given this situation, I have expressed a preference not to proceed with appointments involving Dr. Suleman due to concerns over the lack of communication and professionalism displayed. While I understand the clinic where Dr. Suleman operates may not directly be at fault, I believe there is a shared responsibility to ensure that all professionals working within their premises uphold the highest standards of patient care and communication.

I have very happy feet this evening! I saw Lorna Bacon earlier today who sorted out my painful toes with great care. Extremely efficient and professional and a very well sanitised clinic - I felt very confident about having my treatment there. Lovely newly refurbished rooms and Lorna put me at ease right away... said as one who hates having anyone touch her feet! Thank you Lorna, I strongly recommend.

Fantastic, staff who exude professionalism. I had a rather complex problem which perturbed me. They cured my malady after only 3 visits. I had spent years in pain. They are a brilliant team who are vastly experienced.

Additionally this practice is easy to get to and has excellent parking, which is a huge bonus in Cambridge.

Not allowing the visitors to hang their wet coats because the hanger is just for the staff feels not very welcoming. Maybe purchase another one for guests then? Rather than me holding the wet jacket on my knees (was raining outside).
