Practitioner (Alan) was very helpful and informative.
My only observation was that having to travel to Borden was a bit of an inconvenience, as no appointments available at Guildford where I was treated just over 3 months ago.
But I now have a Loyalty Card!

The last time I required micro-suction treatment to remove wax from my ears, I used Adagio Hearing in Farnham who were excellent. However, their last appointment is only 3:30pm making it difficult when working. So, as Just Ears had appointments up to 5:10pm and we're just up the road, I decided to give them a try. No complaints about the treatment I received, but they didn't offer a laptop image of my ear canal before and after treatment to show how effective the cleaning had been. Something offered by Adagio. Also Adagio are currently £19 cheaper than the £89 charged by Just Ears. I have also since discovered that Specsavers offer the same service for just £55. So, would recommend, but the treatment isn't as comprehensive, but is far more expensive than some alternatives.

Appointment was for my father, had to accompany him as he is in a wheelchair. Procedure was for both ears and done from the wheelchair. Didn't take very long, the person was friendly and informative. We will definitely be going back to them again.
