Going to see Carmen is a holistic experience and one I look forward to each month. Everything including the drive up to clinic feels thoughtful. The setting is BEAUTIFUL and sets the tone for treatment.

I go to see Carmen for relaxation and for when I’m struggling with pain. I also go to see her when I’ve let stress creep up on me!
She really listens and in turn provides a truly tailored treatment. Her knowledge of the body, how it moves and how we experience things is the best I’ve experienced.
However the best part of the treatment is feeling so safe in Carmen’s hands, that you can really relax and unclench your body because you just know that she cares and wants the very best for you.
I thoroughly recommend her to anyone- if you have pain, recovering from an injury, if stress is a factor in your life or if you just want an exceptional standard of informed soft tissue therapy. Don’t wait, just go!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING A scientist who has transcended the limits of science to have a truly wholistic practice. You can 100% count on her true understanding of the anatomy, the practicalities that this involves and her multi-layer, deep understanding of all the other systems within the body, mind and emotions that affect human mechanics.

She is wholesome, genuine and ethical. She dedicates her entire set of tools to adjust her treatments & her focus for solutions that will achieve most effective and rapid resolution to health.

Our goto in the family! Our family is comprised of: - an extremely focused business achiever male with tension issues allover; a health-focused menopausal woman with all the possible issues that phase of life brings (including a fractured foot with soft tissue damage); a cartesian young adult male with occasional general tension; and, a young adult female powerlifter and university student with associated pains & impacts.

I would say that there is nothing she cannot understand about your body's mechanical & systemic issues. I would venture a guess and say that If she cannot help, you need medical help.

I met Carmen one Saturday morning following a Parkrun event and explained the issue I was having with my left foot. This was some years ago and I now have a regular monthly appointment, not just to work on my regular aches and strains but to enjoy some serious down time.
I have become much more serious about running since I first met Carmen and so potentially cramps and misalignment could have held me back. I even achieved my first half marathon last month which I am convinced would not have happened without the regular treatment I benefit from. Thankyou Carmen!

I'm in the process of having massages with Carmen. Having suffered with hip pain for just over 5 years. Carmen isn't just wonderful at massaging and relieving me of pins and needle and other aches from this injury but also very knowledgeable, and caring to want to understand where this pain has come from. To do this Carmen has spent her own time looking into my pain but also every session she gives me more time, I'm sure than I'm paying for!
