Cannot recommend this clinic & Twain’s approach highly enough for anyone experiencing muscle / joint related pain / stiffness, &/or who just wants a preventative check up of their mobility & stability etc..

He is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and patient in explaining the issues & his approach to both immediate treatment as well as recommending comprehensive & adaptable follow up exercises do at home.

I have seen various back pain specialists around the world over the last 20+ years - including Drs (& orthopaedic surgery), acupuncturists, physiotherapists, chiropractors & osteopaths, deep tissue & sports massage therapists etc… - none have provided such a comprehensive & effective approach.

Definitely worth a visit.

I visited Twain a fortnight ago to help with back and fit pain. Upon arriving I was made to feel at ease straightaway, Twain conducted a thorough medical history questionnaire before beginning treatment.

The treatment itself lasted over an hour and I felt the pain relief almost instantly.

I was under no pressure from Twain to book a follow-up session (unlike other practitioners I've visited) and I have no problem in recommending him.

I booked an appointment with Twain based on the reviews I read online and I am so glad I did! He is clearly very knowledgeable and I found that this first treatment has greatly eased the pain that recently flared up in my shoulder and elbow. I can imagine that it will be completely fixed with another couple of sessions. I felt completely at ease turning up as a new client. Twain took care to understand my current specific problem, but also assessed other general posture / alignment issues I have. He explained everything very clearly as he went along and gave me several tips for stretches and exercises to continue doing at home. I will be booking in again to fully fix my current problem, but also to work on other issues and then maintain everything going forward. Basically I feel I have found someone who might actually help me sort myself out at last!

Went to see Twain for the first time this morning and I was very impressed by the amount of knowledge and expertise this guy holds! He found the route of my problem quicker than any Surgeon, Dr, physiotherapist or any previous chiropractor (Most never found the problem).
I went in there sceptical as previous, didn't work (other companies etc) I was happy to leave that I have rebooked for a week's time - what my body needs. I am confident that I was in the right hands to help me move further, for my body to transition in a way that will hopefully be relieved of this pain I've been having for a long time.
Twain took time to understand what has happened to my body in the previous years and quickly found the route of one of my issues.
I was given some exercises and advice in the meantime till I see him again. I'm very pleased that I have found Twain as I certainly couldn't go to anyone else now. Thank you so much!

I’ve just started having sessions with Twain at Muscle Worx and I can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone who is suffering from any kind of muscle pain. I’ve had pain in my shoulder blade for years and I finally got round to getting it looked at. I didn’t know what to expect as I’d never had it looked at before. Twain is a professional and his knowledge of the human body is extremely impressive. He asked me lots of questions about what my issue was and what I was hoping to achieve. Having worked on me a few times now, I am finally feeling relief from the pain I’ve been feeling for years. He also works from home so it’s a really relaxed environment to be in. I have to respond to a bad review I have just seen here. I have been going to see Twain for almost a year now for pain I have had since birth. I have been to see many people over many years to try and alleviate the pain. I have never been to a more professional person. He is very much a gentleman. Being a large lady of advanced years he has treated me with the utmost respect in all my treatment. He explains everything he is doing and his knowledge is exceptional. Twain is exactly who he appears to be and all his 5* reviews are well deserved, how anyone can say anything different is beyond me.

I can’t recommend Twain highly enough. I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain, Twain knew exactly what was wrong and quickly assessed me. He explained in detail and simply what he was going to do and why. During treatment Twain was able to notice other issues I had and recommended we work on them also to prevent further problems in the future.
