Care with dignity is like a family and the team are trained to be the best which shows in there outstanding rating and they care for each and every client. Working there has been an amazing opportunity. It doesn’t feel like work when you enjoy the job so much.

Ten years of outstanding care for my family!
CWD continued amazing care for my father with Alzheimer's for two years after another care company couldn't provide his needs. After dad's passing care continued for my brother with mental health issues making sure he had his daily medication and keeping on top of his hygiene. While this was happening my mother was also aging, losing her mobility and sight. when the time came and we needed extra help they were there ready to help us. I can honestly say they have never let us down once and that Alaina and the team are so professional and caring, they became part of our family for so long! When I was away it was always very comforting to know CWD were there to look after my family. I can't thank and appreciate everything CWD h ave done and really don't know what I would have done with out them! THANK YOU! ❤❤❤ xxx

As a military wife, when we first moved to the area I had a few issues with finding a job. Alaina welcomed me to her team and I’ve been working for the company now for 5 years and unfortunately due to move in February. Alaina understood and has helped me in so many ways, for example when my husband goes away during the week I am able to do school hours to ensure both children get to the right settings on time. The company becomes family, and the team work is outstanding. I can’t fault Alaina and her company. If we ever have an issue, Alaina and the management team are there to listen and do their best to help. The in house training is 10/10 and makes life easy. I have learnt so much during my time working with CWDP and have also been given the chance to do my Level 2 diploma in care. I hope that if one day we return to the area, I might be able to come back.

Hi my name is Jane, I have worked for Care with dignity for just over 7 years and still my only regret is that I didn't join this amazing company sooner.
When I joined I had no experience in the caring sector, however the training that I received in-house and out in the community has enabled me to gain the skills and confidence I need to give every sevice user I care for the very very best person centred care that they deserve.I love my job and our amazing team of carers, we have social events together and we have even set up a family group chat to support each other and share our news, it really is like having a 2nd family

I was made redundant in March 2020 when Lockdown came into force. After 3 months at home I needed to seek new employment. Days of scouring job sites and feeling very despondent I was scrolling through Facebook when Care with Dignity came up on my news feed. No training or qualifications were required and having always worked in an office I decided at the age of 50 to have a career change. The application process was so easy, the staff so friendly and welcoming that within 2 weeks I was out on my own supporting clients in the community. 4 years later I am now level 3 qualified in Health & Social Care and I love my job. Alaina (the Queen) is always at the end of the phone and her door is always open whether it be work or personal related. We really are her band of angels and a proper family ❤️
