It is so refreshing to see a home care provider who genuinely care. The company values are exactly as they should be and they strive to provide a continuity of care which is imperative when caring for vulnerable individuals. All the staff are incredible, providing an unmatched service which is delivered with love, dignity and respect throughout each and every visit. They said they were putting a carer in my mums flat she wasn't able to understand what was happening because the woman thay put into my mums didn't talk to my mum she spent most of her time in her room, came out to feed my mum a quick microwave meal, I had to phone to be able to visit my mum and was told yes for the Christmas visit my mum told me she was not happy with them she cried when she told me she felt this woman was taking over the flat she invited other carer's in and went into the kitchen and cooked food for themselves and handed my mum a
super soup I looked in mum's freezer and found nothing I looked in the cupboard and found 8 boxes of super soup and things I didn't know what it was it was from a different country I was so upset for my mum Christmas day I made mum a roast she said is that for me? I said yes mum I've cooked for you Andy and me I asked what food did the lady give you she said horrible I was so shocked the next thing mum was telling me about all that was has been happening it was hard for her she was knocking her head because she found it hard to remember the next shock.i got was when I had a shower and she was helping then I said mum are you having a shower? I will help you and I started to help take her cloths off and she was crying so hard I didn't know what was wrong then she shouted no don't hurt me and I said I wouldn't hurt her but she pulled away and pointed to the bedroom the carer stayed in and said she does and I said who the carer? and she said yes and she showed me marks on her arms and back,I carved her down and gave her cuddle and a kiss and told her I will try and get rid of her mum calmed down and thanked me like a young girl would, when the manager came bake to talke over I told her that Ameila needs to go and she said I will sort it and I said very soon my mum doesn't like or get on with her and she's bullying my mum she didn't believe me. My partner went to a hotel to have something to eat and a drink so I could relax and I was sent a text asking me where the £50 was I said what money she said its for your mum's food I said I don't know where it is and I don't need money she didn't message me back so I didn't worry about it then she got intouch with my mums very close friend and asked for more money because she had my mum's bank card until the council took over her bank account she phoned me and asked what was going on and I told her everything she replied I'm not giving them any more until next week I said I was sorry, I got back to the carer and told them to leave Shirley alone she having treatment for breast cancer and don't go knocking her door she's unwell the next thing I heard they hand phoned my mum's partner and he was forced to do something so he gave his daughter in a taxi and sent her to Medway from Essex return and billed my mum for the fare I was very angry and so was Merro the next time I visited my mum because I was told my mum has had a stroke I arranged to go down to the hospital she was in the hospital for over 4 weeks I was told that she wasn't going back to her flats the carer had already found that out so they took there £8000 again I was angry because they were told my mum's money was getting very low but they didn't care they just wanted money the next day I found out that the carer shouldn't be working the 10 months she was soposed to be looking after my mum then I noticed the glass window above the bedroom door was covered in masking tap so when my mum got up during the night the carer wasn't disturbed I've reported all of this to my mum's lawyer and the carers commission and they are looking into everything that I told them
