I just picked up my prescription, but I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. I encountered a particularly rude woman who displayed discriminatory facial expressions and seemed angry with me, even though it was my first time meeting her. Why?..because I am a Black girl. It's important to be kind to everyone, regardless of their appearance or background; we are all human beings. Anyway, I won't be returning to this pharmacy again.

Terrible service, rude staff. Never pick up the phone. Unhelpful with prescriptions. Stock not available, then advise when you return that it’s no longer produced. Why not advise that at the time of collection only to return the following day. Pity Lloyds in Sainsbury’s has closed. My advice, avoid these place at all costs. Pity they can’t be struck off. Staff often to busy chatting behind the counter or with local friends dragging the wait time out even more.

Would be nice to have someone pick up that phone when you're trying to get through regarding an urgent medication prescription.

Tablets are never actually prepared for when collecting, so you always have to ring far in advance; and then you're back to the teeth pulling situation logged above about trying to get through.

Once again I've been trying to get through because they have been incompetent with getting my medication ready, when I put in the prescription request 2 weeks ago. I'm now going to be short on tablets again, and can't get through to talk to someone as they aren't picking up the phone!!

Went in with a prescription that other pharmacies couldn’t fulfill. Was immediately checked for me and I was told they had it in stock. I chose to wait and the prescription was ready within 5 mins. Brilliant service..Thankyou!

They are always busy, sometimes the service its ok, sometimes it's not ok.
I am very delighted everytime I have been served by the Italian pharmacist, she knows her stuff.
I wish most of the pharmacists would be competent like her.

The staff are always arguing when I go in! Very unprofessional. Some staff members are nice but the majority seem like they don't care, and are rude. They take so long to find lost prescriptions with no apology, overall a bad service I'm afraid.

Referred by 111 twice now and happy to report that Avicenna, Lindsay and her team were extremely helpful in filling the gaps left by an incompetent private NHS partner even though we aren't registered locally. Couldn't have been more professional and caring, despite being very busy. Support the NHS, don't take it for granted! x x
