After several years of persistent persuasion my mum finally said yes to some an additional help at home. We researched several different options but was taken back with Austen Allen they were so thorough at our first consultation they wanted to know everything so they could give the best care package and it's been such a smooth journey. It's been a month now and the care they have provided for my mum has been life changing not only to my mum but for me and my dad too and mum feels more in control of her life and dad has less to do for mum and more free time. The careers can't do enough for mum and go over and above and what's more is mum loves them coming she is always talking about the girls and what they have done for her and she is so relieved she hasn't got to keep asking me and dad for everything and her quality of life has definitely improved and that was the main goal so thank you all at Austen Allen you are priceless.

Austen Allen, have been very supportive towards my mother -in-law, she was unsure about having additional help with her care needs and help around her home. now she feels at ease, that she has friendly caring support staff, and wishes that she had done this earlier. It puts our mind at ease knowing that she is being cared for, by the staff and AA company that couldn’t do more to support her. I would recommend this, company to anyone, that is struggling to find the right and best support for their loved ones. Thank you AA for all your kind support and services that you give towards our mum.

Both my mother and father are being cared for by Austen Allen. Cannot fault the service care plans followed without any deviation. Always available for any problems that may arise. Find that staff are very helpful and informative and go that extra mile for there patients within their care. Cannot thank you enough for the time and effort these angels in time of need.

DO NOT USE THIS CARE AT ALL!!! Terrible services, tried to get in for my elderly family member with vascular dementia. No one is Dementia experienced, sometimes turned up with no ID badges or uniforms. No personal care, most times not fed and care plans in place not being abided by. What we was told we was going to get we never did! We have tried to make formal complaints, and even take it to social workers but unfortunately it’s still an ongoing issue. Please do not use for care!

The care and consideration that they have shown my grandparent with Alzheimer's disease had been heartening. Listening in to him with one of their employees bought a tear to my eye with how they kindly interacted with them.
