I had a MI hip replacement performed by Mr C Andrews, what a gentleman! Everyone I met throughout my 12 hour stay treated me with kindness and respect. I am pain free and have been since the procedure was done. Two weeks from my initial consultation I received an MRI scan and a follow up appointment was offered a week later. I was away so opted for the following week and received a full diagnosis and the offer of an operation within a month. I completed a health questionnaire whilst there and was offered a pre op assessment at the same time to save me having to make a separate visit.
Fantastic service all on the NHS, amazing.

Had a great experience at the Nuffield Hospital York yesterday. I met with a consultant within 9 hrs of my initial call to the appointment office. Easy parking, efficient check in, clean waiting areas, tea and coffee facilities and friendly and helpful consultant.

I have recently had two operations at this hospital and the care and attention I received throughout both times was excellent.The staff from reception to consultant were top class in all areas,caring friendly yet professional at all times.The communication pre and post operation certainly reduced any fears. I cannot praise this hospital enough and highly recommend it for any procedure required.

Fantastic service! Found a worrying lump and booked a consultation with Mr Munot. Within 2.5 hours I had had consultation, mammogram and ultrasound with results! I went in anxious and came away very relieved. This is exactly how private healthcare should be!

I am writing this review the day after my PCL reconstruction. my experience has exceptional. From my first consultation to my MRI scan and then my day yesterday of the operation.
Nuffield ran like clockwork.
I can't thank all the lovely staff enough. The nurses were very professional and was even looked after by a couple of new starters who were clearly nervous but smashed it. Thomas and Tori.
I would also like to thank the physio, the anaesthetist and a special thank you to Neil Hunt my surgeon. Legend.
Thank you so much to you all for such a great experience. You're all brilliant.
