I couldn't recommend Lisa enough! I have already raved about her professionalism, endless nutritional knowledge and compassion to all my friends and family that finally want to get to the bottom of understand their body and reactions to food.
After seeing Lisa for my first consultation back in October, she provided me a detailed action plan on what I needed to do to feel great/myself again. Mission accomplished, I am so pleased our paths crossed, Lisa has changed my life (for the best) and there is no going back from here.
