I came here in the autumn. I had tea and cake very nice. So I came today 11th August for lunch. Wanted elderflower water got springwater dirty class when the first drink was brought to the table. The server was carrying the classes with her fingers in the class. The elderflower drink was warm, and the class was dirty, dirty cutlery. My plate had a dried blob of brown sauce on it . The houlumi bagel was quite nice, but the rest of it was very poor. The salad was not
fresh. I won't be coming back anytime soon . Great location looks nice, but don't judge a book from the cover. A waste of money live and learn.

We had Afternoon Tea for our friends birthday and it was lovely! The food & drink was delicious & it was presented beautifully! The staff were friendly, welcoming & attentive. The whole tearoom was spotless & our event booth was beautiful! The atmosphere of the tearoom was really lovely and we very much enjoyed our time there. We’ll definitely be returning. Thank you!

Lovely afternoon tea for Mother's Day. Good selection of sandwiches and cakes. Fairly priced. Only improvement would be to allow us the full amount of allocated time instead of cutting it short ten minutes early and rushing us out to make way for others who are next. Will definitely be back.

Visited at 11am for brunch on a Monday, they used to take bookings, which I think is recommend for weekends
Ordered French toast, which was lovely but was missing the cream, they corrected after I mentioned it.
Our table gave us a lovely view of the church on the Health, on this sunny day.
Recommend a visit, I will return.
Not sure if under new Management.

Enjoyed my afternoon tea at The Hatfield Tearoom, very polite staff.

This place is busy with both takeaway and dining in. First time visit even though I’ve driven past it many times over the years. Had the salt beef bagel which was excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Worthy of a second visit

We had Mothers Day Afternoon Tea, and it was very busy, obviously fully booked, which while everyone was waiting for food was noisy. The tea came with some sandwich fingers, a mini coronation chicken roll, a mini smoked salmon and cream cheese profiterole, and a mini quiche. Followed by fruit Scones with jam and butter and some mini sweet treats. Food was all very good, the service was a bit slow, understable given that everyone was booked in the same sitting. It's definitely worth coming back when it's not so busy.

Lovely setting, food was good, but the overall experience was really let down buy the attitude from the staff.

I had booked this as a treat for my wife, as this was the first time of her getting out after having major surgery.

As soon as we walked we noticed the rude attitude from the staff, everything seemed a huge effort and the way they spoke to us, made us feel un welcome.

Even the two tables next to us picked up on the attitude and behaviour from the server. And you could hear them comment about how rude she was.

I can safely say, there is no way I would go back here.

This is a propa Tea Room

Everything is homemade on site! From scones to cakes to quiches. This can be seen from the clear kitchen as you walk in.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and warm.

Great selection of teas to choose from.

Amazing selection of cakes available, the difficulty is not choosing too many ha!

We had a warm scone with propa cream, big warm and soft, Wow!!

We popped in here by chance and thoroughly enjoyed our visit, we will definitely visit back here for lunch next time.
