Fantastic hospital. Have had two operations in the past 6 months to revise a shoulder replacement. I cannot fault the treatment I received. Outpatients, x-ray, theatre suite and the ward were all fantastic. Highly recommend the hospital for orthopaedic care.

As an out patient experience who’s been going to this hospital for over a year, to put it bluntly they can’t wait to get rid of you. I’ve been suffering with a debilitating health concern for the past 7 years, diagnosed 1 year ago and initially they were super nice. Now that it’s not clearing or getting better they can’t stand to be in my appointment longer then 5 minutes, I’ve been told many different conflicting things by different doctors, I can’t believe clinicians get paid so much money to provide WRONG information. Outstanding really. Won’t stay 2 minutes to answer my questions, talk over me, massively impacted my mental health. (They clearly don’t know what to do with me so for me off) I will never willingly attend this hospital again.

Awful hospital and a doctor with less compassion and bedside manner than a wet lettuce. Been waiting 5 months for a diagnosis on a leg injury. Saw Dr Khan who walked into the room, asked what the problem was, then said I've looked at your scans and said surgery wasn't an option. I had no idea I was seeing a surgeon, when I asked about what I was supposed to do about the pain I feel at all times he shrugged. Asked about physio and told it wouldn't do anything. Wouldn't recommend Dr Khan to anyone, made me feel like part of a process and not a person!

I went into the minor injuries department this morning at 4am. To be treated by three very pleasant members of staff. The senior nurse, Holly, was excellent. She was very thorough and explained everything to me efficiently and was very helpful and kind. Thank you Holly.

Small cozy cottage hospital. Sad that they do not have a children's in-patients unit or an ED that caters to kids and so children have to go all the way to Gloucester for specialist medical care. Service is good. Ample parking space available close by.

I have recently undergone a complete hip replacement in the hands of Mr. Jonathan Mutimer and his team. The care, friendliness and expertise of all the Orthopedics, Anaesthesia, Physiotherapy, Nursing and Auxiliary staff was unsurpassed. From start to finish including a visit to my bed from Mr. Mutimer on Saturday and Sunday following the operation couldn't have been better. Anyone who may be apprehensive about getting Orthopedic surgery at the hands of this team can relax and leave it to them. You are in highly capable hands.
