Its a good hospital but the food is shockingly terrible. A lot of things are broken. I had to stay here for 5 months with a blood clot in my lung. They forgot to sedate me when putting a camera down my throat. The consultant lied to me often. Some of the nurses were nice but a lot were terrible especially at night I saw quite a few older people have to pee themselves because the nurses refused to help them. As a hospital as a whole I would try my hardest to go to a different one if I could. I was even assaulted by a nurse once there years ago.

My wife Mrs D Evans, is a repeat patient at the Eign suite, and has nothing but praise for the prompt, professional, and friendly treatment she receives. Well done all the staff, working under pressure, with good humour, and sympathy. Keep up the good work.

Caring nurses even when so very busy. They were rushed off their feet in A&E. But still found tome to carefully explain to my elderly friend what wad going on,( repeatedly!)
As an outpatient, I found staff efficient and reassuring, also kind and understanding.

Thank you to all the lovely, caring staff at Hereford hospital for getting me back to top health and pain free after an infection. I was admitted but the care and advice they gave me has helped massively. Rushed off their feet, getting abused from all directions and being ill themselves yet still do their job which is to help others the best they can do and get them better *********** thank you

Had appt this week, arrived early. I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival by consultant, followed by a scan in X-ray dept. Was back in car before my actual appointment time. Well done Hereford Hospital! Amazing service, thank you.
