Desperately upset by the lack of service and poor management at this venue. After visiting Hartlebury on the 18th September and choosing it as a place to have our wedding we didn’t receive a contract until 20th December, 3 months later. This was extremely vague with no specifics for the day we’d discussed so would need to be altered.
Trying to get any kind of response from the event manager here was exceptionally difficult with replies coming usually after several chasing emails and weeks passing, usually without a complete answer.
When we eventually gave up and explained we would no longer be holding our reception here we heard nothing back from the events organiser who we’d been speaking with to apologise or help salvage the situation, this clearly highlighted to us the lack of care or dedication they had to helping us plan one of the most important days of our lives.
Ultimately we loved Hartlebury, it is a real hidden gem with so much to offer. It could and should be one of the best venues in Worcester to get married, but until there is a experienced wedding coordinator here we would strongly discourage anyone from considering it as a wedding venue.

Amazingly good place with stacks and stacks of history, not packed out with tourists so time to appreciate things. Food excellent too. No complaints at all.

Fascinating place very well presented using latest technology will keep kids and slightly older folk interested and the collection of gipsy caravans i found fascinating.
