The receptionist named Louise is very sharp and abrupt to the point she is unhelpful . You can never get any appointments from her the way she speaks to you is unacceptable. She has no customer service skills she shouldn’t be in a job where communication is the key . She will end up losing patience’s thro he attitude. They need to give her retraining on how to deal and speak to the patients.. I’m reporting her to cqc . I’ve even been in the surgery and heard her slag other patients off to another patient attending the surgery . There is no patient privacy

My son had acute headache for tow days with sensitivity to light and vomiting all day, I called the surgery 7.59am. I was in the queue for more then 30 minutes. They picked up the phone and told me there's no appointment left. I told them the symptoms but still refused to give me appointment for my son and told me to call 111 or go to drop in centre so I called 111 there lovely lady who was concerned and done all assessment over the phone and asked me to call your GP, that GP should be able to see him now because all assessment is done but when I called the receptionist told me that she can't give me appointment now but call back at 4pm. So I called back at 3.38pm but again I was told there was no appointment left. So I called 111 again the lady arranged a phone appointment with other doctors. Within 30mins the lady doctors called me, when ask my son's symptoms she ask me to take me to A&E straight way. Surgery Doctors need sort themselves. Why we have tell the receptionist the symptoms and still don't get the appointment. My advice to everyone when you are not felling well just call 111 atlas you will get to speak to the 111 doctor.

This has to be the worst surgery ever! Never any appointment available (that's if you can get through!) I called this morning and was about to be given an appointment until I said it was for a prescription ( I can only get it on repeat by speaking to a Dr) she then said there were no more appointments. This was a lie because she was about to make one for me until I explained what it was for. How on earth do receptionists get to decide whether you're worthy of one of their precious appointments 😡 this surgery is not fit for purpose. Bring back Elaine, she was fabulous, never had a problem when she was there.

I applied for my wife to be a client of jubilee but some how it was transferred to village medical centre. Receptionists are all jobsworths that protect the appointments like it's the last bit of food on earth. I'd avoid this surgery at all costs. They work in call centre style and discuss calls and patient info between eachother. I asked for a name to make a formal complaint but she replied "I'm not going to tell you but I have your name now" is that some kind of threat?

Waste of space, need new drs and new Receptionists that actually answer the phones and drs who turn up and not spend all day elsewhere. Had an ear infection and was told to ring 111 after 6.30pm to talk to the dr there, avoid at all costs

You really need to sort your system out and answer the phones. I've had on going issues, just had a doctors call saying ring reception now, to book a face to face appointment. Rang at 17:55, was number 1 in the queue and no one answered. Was on the phone for 36 mins. This isn't good enough. You close at 18:30. But surely you should answer the phones half an hour before closing, especially when the doctor just told me to ring you. Your closed the weekend, got to wait for Monday now, Thanks

I would give no stars at all, if i could. I cant get a consultation or any appointments, everytime i call They put me on waiting list Starting number 7-10 in the queue. Its ridiculous, how they cut the line before being answered, or they answer and say we are "Fully Booked" all the time!!!! I NEED TO SEE IMPROVEMENT.. How do patients urgently go to see their Dr's these days

I just had to add an updated 1* review. If you can get through you won't get a Dr., you'll get 'Manisha' the clinical technician. Clinical technician is fancy wording for = has absolutely zero qualifications, she's not even a prescribing nurse. They would only put me on an antibiotic that just put me into the hospital because it didn't work. But can I speak to a GP directly noooo it's relaying between her and the GP then back to me which is ridiculous. I'm probably one of the most unwell patients there you'd think they wouldn't give me an appointment with someone that knows absolutely nothing. She didn't even relay all my symptoms so of course the Dr wouldn't prescribe anything else. I'll have to try back tomorrow to get an appointment but what for because the Dr seems clueless as well.
