Good pharmacy, unhelpful reception and scheduling of staff at Hastings House GP. Unable to provide a quick appointment for a prescription I've been prescribed in the past - flucloxacillin. Visited in person on the 6th of February, saw only one person waiting - yet I was told they were fully booked up and told to call the next morning at 8am. Suspect they utilise false bookings to occupy free time. Will be cancelling this appointment as this precursor sets an impression for the levels of care to be expected upon visitation. Not a good impression.

awful. most of the receptionists do not care and leave you on hold indefinitely without bothering to pick up the phone. though some of the doctors do clearly care about their patients, I've still been fighting for years tooth and nail to have my worsening health issues properly investigated and they haven't been. It's getting to the point of medical neglect and it's unbelievable how far the NHS has fallen. it's also ridiculous that you can't even make an appointment in advance, shameful service.

Amazing surgery amazing staff .Had a few operations to remove a number of skin cancers by the plastic surgeon there remarkable man as is his assistant ..Pharmacy amazing, reception staff lovely...These people have given me hope and i feel safe having surgery there maybe even saved my.life.?..A HUGE THANKYOU...Susan Vaughan🌻

Staff are wonderful, friendly and hardworking. Going above and beyond to serve a busy community. A new facility with lots of space and caring service. They have looked after me since 1996 and have always gone above and beyond when I’ve been in need. No idea why people feel the need to be rude or unkind with one personal experience, it does not reflect the majority over many years. Honesty is important but with polite, respect and kindness. The service here is wonderful and I cannot personally thank them enough on more than one occasion for going simply above and beyond. A personal thanks to Dr. T. Preece, Dr. L. Cox (who has sadly left now but was absolutely wonderful in picking out an early diagnosis) and Dr. K. Lennon. I have felt listened to and genuinely cared for every single time. Receptionists are kind and understanding, making every effort to pre-book appointments if needed or even on the same day when struggling with using online service. The phones are always answered promptly and although the system has to be involved (as it serves a huge community and needs to filter out unnecessary calls) it is not hard to speak to someone. The pharmacy also offers prompt appointments and prescriptions if needed without the need for the doctor. Again fantastic and hardworking staff. Always quick to answer the phone and help when in need, even ordering quick delivery of much needed items. Wellesbourne is lucky to have this lovely team of people. Thank you for all that you do.

Wellesbournes newly built Medical Centre very spacious and modern looking inside, staff helpful and extremely friendly. At last their is ample parking for staff visitors and of course patients located at the rear of the building.

Can't speak highly enough of this surgery, particularly Dr. Lennon and Dr. Preece who have overseen my care for the last 7 years. Excellent online system for booking appointments if you can't/don't want to call in to the surgery and easy repeat prescription service. Reception and pharmacy staff are informed and helpful.

I've been a few times. The service here compared to those in Stratford is so much better. I got a same day appointment for an urgent matter today. Very friendly staff and professional advice. The dispensary gave me the medicine I needed straight away. My wait time was short. Keep it up.
