An absolutely fabulous service from all at the hedges medical centre. I transferred to this centre after receiving terrible service from my old one. Called up at 8am and had an appointment for the same day. ( This is not the first time as well ) Dr Neil …… something ( sorry forgot his surname) was one of the nicest GP’s I have ever come across. The man could not have had any more time for anything else. An over and above service from Hedges medical team, they should all have some recognition for their service because they don’t get enough.

I’m a new patient and so had to have a telephone consultation about my repeat medication. I spoke with Dr Pattani who was lovely. He was friendly and polite and very personable. For my first encounter definitely 5 stars 👍

I contacted my doctor through the NHS app /link and explained my problem also i added a few photos of my infection and was diagnosed through the app and then was booked in for a face to face appointment and the problem has been sorted. The hedges medical centre is very good.

I had a phone consultation for my daughter today and Dr Pattani was fantastic when listening to my concerns. As my daughter has bad medical anxiety she had refused to go to the practice. Dr Pattani respected and understood her worries and has started treatment by means of elimination which is a huge step towards my daughter hopefully starting to build a positive relationship with medical professionals. Whilst on the phone I mentioned that I was to book an appointment for myself which I was holding back as my daughter has so many medical appointments so obviously came first. A couple of hours later the doctor called back wanting to discuss my problems. A brief chat and several tests ordered and explained I couldn't believe the level of fantastic service I'd received. Grateful is an understatement !

I have been trying to get an appointment for a couple of weeks. When I first called I was sent a text to fill out a questionnaire to see how important my issue was. I was sent a reply saying they had an appointment for me on my working day. I called back to be told call every morning at 8 till I had an appointment. When urgent care Friday and informed to go to GP after being told I need an MRI. Phoned this morning got an appointment and the doctor was a year 3 trainee who was being shadowed by a qualified doctor. The trainee was absolutely brilliant as was the doctor. They have set up physio, tablets and chasing an MRI for me. Only give 3 stars as all the messing about and length of time to get an appointment.

Dr Pattani at the Hedges looked after our Father in his last few months and then throughout his end of life care. His kindness and professionalism made the whole experience much more bearable for the family. He was one of the only doctors who actually explained in detail what was happening and what we could expect. He always called back when he said he would, and I never felt that he was in a hurry when we spoke, although I'm sure he had many demands on his time. He is exactly what a GP should be and my family are very grateful to him and the practice.

The recently added call back and triage services is a really helpful addition to allow easier access to services the surgery offers. I am always happy with this surgery staff administration and clinicians alike, and always try to help and find solutions to issues.

Great staff & great service. Every doctor that I have come across has always shown great concern & care which is massively important for someone going through health issues to have support. Same with the reception staff can’t fault a thing great practice !
