Visited was triage quickly, sent for xray which was done quickly, after informing them I was back from xray sat for over an hour then asked how much longer as would need to extend my parking, was told 2 more before me so would be ok for parking, waited another hour so asked again to be told I wasn't on the list, but would go check why not, waited 15 mins and still not back so I left, had a call approx hour later from receptionist to tell me outcome and diagnosis and what I should do... when did receptionist give out this info and isn't this GDPR breach

Took my son there tonight due to a knee injury. The nurse we saw was called Sarah and she was everything you could want a nurse to be! She apologised profusely for the wait (it was only an hour) , was very attentive and thorough and had a fantastic way of talking to both adults and kids to make them feel at ease. 10/10. Then to top it off she asked if my son was too old for teddies. Well is there ever an age where you're too old for teddies!? So she disappeared out the back and returned with a blue Teddy and a rainbow bag for him, very kindly donated by cforc.co.uk a crafting for communities group who donate crafted items such as these to hospitals etc.. how wonderful is that. Such a positive experience. Thank you to all

So unbelievably good. I've been here twice with my three year old. Once for something lodged up his nose from nursery, and another time for an infection on his thumb.

Each time they've been phenomenal with him. In and out within an hour, and all the staff are lovely, helpful, and communicate clearly and effectively.

They even gave my son a teddy each time he came for being so brave! They have a great play area too, with lots of puzzles and toys for little ones.

The whole place is very clean, especially the toilets.

Special thanks to Leanne, Danielle, Liz and Ruth - they were brilliant with my son and made him feel so at ease. They're a credit to the NHS.

This place is a shining example of the NHS at its very best, working so effectively.

Impressed with the team on duty Sunday 3.30pm and its facilities. The whole experience from checking in, triage, Xray and followup. A caring team of professionals and great support to us as we were visiting the area at a dance comp and had a student that required their expertise. Thank you
