I have absolutely no complaints about my GP surgery. I have a chronic lifelong disease so I am in contact regularly and everytime the staff are very helpful, patient and kind. Well done Hockley Farm Medical Practice and thankyou for your care

This doctors is becoming a joke, really considering changing surgeries. No wonder young people get pregnant so easily, I've been messed around so much with my contraception and saying I need a pill check every month despite having had one. I've gone in today in tears of frustration saying how much they've messed me about. It should be simple, put in prescription, wait a few days for them to prepare prescription, pick up prescription

The new booking system is a joke. A very uncaring surgery. I felt I was fobbed off with out a proper check up. I didn't get a chance to ask about a MRI scan result from last July.

Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and professional. Unfortunately on this occasion they were unable to help me with physio as it did not pertain to my circulation problems. I was not sure why I had been referred to them by my surgery.

Disorganised and never get any answers to my problem that I think should be quiet qwik if people kept better notes and actually read there notes about there patients. I like the receptionist here now there all lovely and do the best they can with the doctors they have.

The excuse that anything and everything the practice used to do over the phone or at reception can only be done using the new online system is a complete lie. It's just another means for the practice to complicate simple tasks and make it more difficult for patients to seek help. It's also being used by the reception staff to waste appointments so they don't have to deal with patient issues.

The pharmacy and prescriptions team are a joke. They make mistakes every month with my prescriptions. I noticed the mistakes every month and ask for them to be corrected but what about the elderly patients who put their trust into the hands of these people who don't seem to give a damn about their jobs or reputation. They are playing with people's health and well-being and it won't be long before someone gets very ill or God forbid dies from the mistakes made at this joke of a surgery. I hope the CQC report shakes them into actually doing their jobs correctly! Embarrassing and shameful!!!

Despite the problems within the NHS Hockley Farm surgery have excelled with their patient care both for myself and my elderly neighbour including phone calls home visits etc.the receptionists and pharmacy also are fabulous and pull out all the stops to help their patients..I feel very lucky to be under their care
