Dr is friendly but I have questioned the diligence in the service. Also getting to Dr. Patel was an issue because of the rude and unprofessional staff.

The service is a shambles from the front desk. The other negative reviews are very accurate and the service needs to be drastically improved.

Nobody wants to have to visit the GP, it's worse being spoken to like to you're a hindrance for booking an appointment...had to unfortunately change GP

Dr Doshi Hental has been Incredibly unhelpful, rude over the phone, giving the impression to wants to finish the call as soon as possible, her answer has been very unprofessional and with completely lack of empathy.
If on top of that we add that every time we try to see any doctor they are not available or off sick this has been the worst gp experience of my life. They should consider change career they are clearly not fit to be doctors.

I can't share enough of how unprofessional this practice is. We have been trying to get my wife booked in to have her 6 week check up after brutal 72 labour and an emergency C-section and they refused to see her even though she was feeling discomfort and was told to go to A&E if she wanted a check up. Saying it was due to covid although our health Visiter and many other practices around the area were doing the checks. We had to go in for our babies injections today and had an appointment for 10:45 the receptionist made us wait outside with our baby for half an hour and didn't even mention that they were running behind schedule or even a curtisy call to ask can if you come in 20-30min later. we have had nothing but issues with the way this Medical centre is run. I would stay way clear and register else where in the area if you are in the catchment.

All staffs are well behaved, compassionate and try to help within the limits, phone calls are answered barring a few times I have experienced no answer, but the way I hear stories of other GP this one is very nice.
Also Dr. Patel or even other doctors gives proper advise if they can't help, they redirect to the proper specialist. My son has to go for plastic surgery and it will take around 5 months, I don't think GP can do something to reduce the time. Most of the time, incase of kids, I get appointment within 2-3 days, for adults may be 4-6 days and if emergency then GP receptionist guides to the A&E at various locations. What else should I expect, so five star from me.

Very bad service: the only time to book appointment is between 8-9am when you have to call at least 40 times to manage to get through to them.
Since the pandemic starte haven't seen any doctor, all they do is book a telephone consultation, if they call and you need to be seen they send you to Pinner or Belmont. They completely operate on phone, which is always busy.

Today, I called them 43 times in the morning, booked a phone consultation (they can calll you anytime, cause they can't give you a time for the consultation so you have to be with yout eye on the phone at all times) - then doctor called once (my phone did not even ring cause I ahd it in my hand, waiting for this call) then sent a message ot call the GP practice if I need another appointment. I called since then 45 times and no answer.

I have made a writtent complaint on their website and will be very soon changing GP, but not before making a complaint to the Omsbudsman also.

Very, very, very bad service from all points of view.

Very uneducated, incompetent staff, deplorable service!! She hung up on me!
They don’t attend phone calls very often. Indian receptionist with a heavy accent and poor English.
No offense but this lady was hard to understand and she was getting impatient over the phone and rushing me whilst I was trying to understand. I had questions and this person doesn’t understand, doesn’t speaks English properly and keeps talking over me!! She didn’t listen. How unprofessional is this for a medical center! The Indian female doctor i saw about a year ago is not any better 👎🏻 extremely rude with no manners. We need to complaint to NHS England.

Went to hospital with her after few week and they found out she had tumor and 5 more problems.

I would never recommend this GP to anyone. The worst customer service i have ever experienced in my whole life!!!! I visited a few months ago and I never returned. The lady at the reception representing the GP’s office was completely unfriendly, rude with an attitude towards me, careless, and misleading. Unfortunately my student accommodation recommended this GP and it was definitely the most unfriendly GP for a student. The shortsighted lady definitely has to be replaced , or placed to another position away from customers because in the long term this will affect your business. It is definitely not appropriate for the general doctor in charge who might be a very good doctor .
