Extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism. We were supposed to have a telephonic consultation regarding our child’s vaccination on February 17th, but they only called on February 27th. When we questioned the delay, they claimed we hadn’t answered the call, which was not the case. This has happened multiple times, forcing us to chase them for appointments, yet they still call at their convenience. The least they could do is show some responsibility and respect for patients’ time.

I have never experienced such appalling service as I did at Headstone Road Surgery. The level of bureaucracy is beyond belief, making it nearly impossible to get the care one needs. There is absolutely no consideration for patients' well-being—just an attitude of avoiding work at all costs.

In particular, Dora was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of offering support or showing basic human empathy, she seemed more concerned with pushing patients away than actually assisting them. If you are in pain or need urgent medical attention, do not expect any care or compassion from this place.

The staff here should not be considered healthcare professionals. They completely lack the fundamental qualities required in this field—empathy, efficiency, and responsibility. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical practice. I strongly advise anyone to seek treatment elsewhere if they actually want to be treated like a human being rather than an inconvenience.

I can vouch for my GP Surgery. It is better than most others. There are some waitlists but minimum. One has to understand the number of patients trying to book the appointment at the same time is huge. But over all it is working well. Some improvement in receptionist training can make it go further. And again that may be one of the receptionist I experienced. But over all the surgery is a blessing!

5 stars for Dr. Amish Kotecha. He provided exceptional care during my visit and made sure all my concerns were addressed. However, the receptionist need to be more welcoming and less rude.

So far our experience is good with GP and nurse. They explained us quite well and everyone in the hospital were polite to us.

I applied for registration. The receptionist called me and rejected my application just because I live outside the area. They refused to listen to me and flat out denied my application. The receptionist was extremely rude and insisted I go to a worse GP. I'm giving 0 star if I could!

I just want to thank the receptionist ladies, especially Mrs. Manju. She is a person close to the patient and does her job with great devotion. Whenever I needed a doctor or advice, she was there to help me. Respect for everything she does.
