2 years of reviews saying how they don't reply to emails or the customer service form on their website, and they have not addressed this at all. They've replied to reviews here proving the complaint has been seen and simply chose not to fix it, how hard is it to check and reply to emails when you're running a business? Disagraceful.
and yes, same as everyone else, I placed an order and it never arrived after 2 weeks, no replies to emails. Will be doing a chargeback.

Orders two weeks ago and heard nothing since, order is still 'processing'. Ive emailed them twice with no reply. Awful customer service, will I get my money back? I hope so, because I can't get in touch with them.

Absolutely ridiculous. I was promised a phone call back regarding a refund for products purchased 2 months ago of course no sign of the call. How predictable . Had a frustratingly circular defensive conversation with Zac about how it had been refunded to my viva wallet (whatever that is ). My card has been debited for the amount and there is definitely no refund been given to date. He could not understand my frustration or concern that I have been chasing this up multiple times to no avail! . These guys are unreliable and not true to their word . To think people trust them with their health issues is actually shocking and worrying. Avoid avoid if you have any sense . Totally unprofessional and unethical in their practice. I am contacting trading standards as it’s no longer about being £12 out of pocket.

Wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering. Absolute scam of a company, quick enough to take orders and payments but just like the other reviews mine still says processing and hasn't arrived. No way of contacting the useless thieving scammers so I'll have to claim it back through my bank. Will definitely be reporting to trading standards too! STAY WELL AWAY!!!

Very poor online shopping I have ever experienced.

Warning! Please avoid buying from them!

I have only received item 2 weeks after ordered. Most of the items received were not the original items posted on the website. Missing one item in the parcel too. Never replied email for missing item's refund request.
No customer service. Selling one item on website and sent you cheaper substitute products without customer consent. The lower price products make you costly to return! Avoid!

My order status remained on processing with no communication even when I emailed them twice and had no response. I was about to contact my bank then to my surprise I received a message saying my order had been dispatched and it finally arrived after nearly 2 weeks. Although it is a big downfall, the lack of communication is the only thing I can fault them on considering the circumstances we’re currently in so all I can say is just try to remain patient!

Terrible experience charged for medicine not sent ,no order confirmation , no proof of transaction? emailed with no success to chase up , charged my credit card called to obtain refund . Seems very scammy to me as I have read this has happened to multiple other people . ( Still not received the refund one week later despite receiving an email claiming to be refunded 18/4/23 )

I ordered and paid for sominex with 48 hour delivery. I didn’t receive them after 4 days so e mailed the company. No reply first so sent another e mail. I received a reply stating they were out of stock and I would receive a refund. Two days later the money was put back into my acct.
