I had an appointment with the health advisory team, scheduled for 9:45 AM. I checked in 5 minutes early, but unfortunately, I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes in the waiting area before being attended to. While the staff may be busy, better time management or communication regarding delays would improve the overall experience.

Went twice for the same treatment as the medicine did not work for me. Guess what , they prescribed me the same medicine but to use more frequently. Did you think it worked Of course not! They have been taught to use certain products as it is cheaper. When I pointed that the medicine is the same shouldn’t I try something else . The reply was , this will never be treated fully. That is honestly the biggest lie I have heard in a long time. I know for a fact that this gets treated from other people. But I guess they just don’t bother with you and don’t actually pay attention to your needs. Paying tax to get a clown treatment with no consideration to the patient. I rather spend my money on private doctors , at least they are more educated and will in fact help you. Such a Shame that they don’t take good care of you.
