Tom is an amazing osteopath who managed to fix my neck issue getting me back to normal life and fitness which I will always be so thankful for. He made me understand my own anatomy in such an easy way and made me believe that things will get better and they did. Being someone who is usually so fit and active to not being able to do much really got me thinking that we need to look after our bodies better and take time out for treatments such as osteopathy or massage. I will definitely go back and have been recommending him and will continue to do so. Very deserving of a 5* service!!

I suffered for years with lower back pain, painful back spasms which would be debilitating. I've seen doctors and physios, acupuncturists, had so many massages I've lost count, and any relief would only be temporary. If I tried to run, I would be in agony after a few minutes.
I was recommended an osteopath, so I took the plunge, after a few sessions I began to see the results. After 12 sessions I felt like a new man, the pain I experienced in walking had gone, and I could now run pain free.
I have now been able to take up Taekwondo, something I would never dream of doing 2 years ago.
