I called for an initial check up and joined as an NHS patient.
The staff were very kind.
I am a very nervous patient and felt very comfortable.
I would need a couple of fillings and paid for my check up and for my treatment.
However due to the fact it took me over an hour to get to the surgery.
I decided it was to far from my home.
I contacted the surgery and asked if I could have my money refunded as I was unable to go ahead with the treatment.
I had no trouble getting my money refunded.
From the lovely lady on reception area she was polite and courteous.

This was my first visit to the practice but I could not be happier. The receptionist was very friendly, warm and welcoming which made for a nice and relaxed wait. When called to see the dentist and the dental nurse, I already felt relaxed and she was very welcoming and experienced. I left the visit feeling well informed, with my issue addressed and confident that my needs will be taken care of.
