Claudia was extremely helpful with my car’s repair works. She provided information regarding all the needed actions, and advised me on the implications of any action I took. The service centre did not take any hasty decisions regarding what work needed to be done. They took their time to assess the faults and recommended the suitable resolution. Did a lot of research to find a good servicing garage, based on reviews had high hopes and it totally lived up to my expectations and I must say surpassed my expectations. From the moment I booked staff communication was helpful and professional. Dropping my car off too, the communication with updates was really nice, didn't feel rushed off the phone Pravin and the team were a pleasure to speak with. On top of a great service of my car, it was even cleaned and all sparkly when I picked it up. Did not expect that at all. The customer service level even got better. I got stuck at work and couldn't get there as I'd hoped and Claudia in reception made a special trip to meet me at the service centre at 7:30pm in the evening. I was stressed as I needed to get my car and drive to a far location early next day for work and didn't know how I was going to get my car as I had no time and it was out of business hours. Claudia listened to my concerns and gave the solution and I can't tell you how relieved I was and how grateful I am. What a great experience! Thank you all. I will definitely be back (but hopefully not too soon😉)

I recently took my Jaguar to Harrow Service Centre for a full service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I got my car repaired at Harrow service Centre after a failed break-in and on ongoing sensor issue. Had to wait one week before I could bring the car in as they were busy, but this wasn't a problem.

Pravin and the team at HSC diagnosed the problem, kept me informed of progress, ordered parts and return the car to me a few days later.

The car came back in perfect condition and had been thoroughly cleaned. Was impressed with the level of professionalism and trustworthiness.
