The doctor was very helpful and polite. The doctor did check my ears, blood pressure and my chest and asked me a through question to where I am coughing so much and can't sleep. Extremely pleased with the promptness of action considering my personal circumstances within the family, where I am living with a severely disabled young adult and the main carer also not fully fit. I was immediately given an appointment in the morning itself and GP saw me prescribed drugs. Much appreciated.

Well to begin with is getting onto patch to book an appointment. That is a hit and miss. 8am got access 30secs later no appointments. Waited till 11am for next chance to book. However once you get to book then their response is good. Booking system needs to be overhauled.

Blood tests at Pinn are just an easy process. I am super scared of needles but they always make feel at ease, no bruising and leave me feeling looked after. Thank you Pinn for being great for my family and I.

I was quite disappointed with my doctor. She spoke to me as though she was doing a tick box exercise; didn’t give me the chance to explain how I was feeling and why I had come in. Whatever I had written on PATCHS is all she really noted when really that was just a summarised version of my symptoms. She didn’t really help me in feeling reassured that my symptoms are purely virus related. I’d have told her there but I genuinely just didn’t have the energy to say anything so I left. I also feel it would have felt like I was attacking her as it’s just us in the room and I’ve been in a similar situation which isn’t great at all. I’m not sure where else to voice my concern but I do think GP’s need to give the patient a chance to explain how they’re feeling and not just carry out the usual tests and send them on their way. I have been many times to Pinn for my children and not had any bad experience but I was disappointed when it came to myself.

Superb service. I was offered an appointment the same morning as I contacted the surgery via patchs and was seen with little waiting time after arriving promptly. Extremely efficient and reassuring with excellent staff on hand to guide. Picked up my prescription on the way out, which was also seamless. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you to all the staff.

I put in my online request and received an appointment on the day, with a clinician of my choice. My query was handled promptly. The GP I saw Dr NISAR, (Nailah)- lovely doctor, knowledgeable, clear with explanations, dealt with multiple queries very quickly within the constraints of 10 minute appointment. Didn’t make me feel rushed. Thank you Dr Nisar & Pinn medical centre.
