I am studying in the UK and was nervous about the NHS and issues with getting appointments. This practice has been absolutely incredible. I have had the best interactions with the GPs and nurses, and the receptionists are so lovely as well. They have all patiently answered my million and one questions, and made sure that I was always at ease. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the staff at this GP practice. For the first time in my experience with the NHS, I have encountered such supportive and solution-oriented professionals. The team is incredibly kind, polite, and truly goes above and beyond to address concerns efficiently. Their dedication to providing exceptional care is commendable, and I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful practice. Highly recommended!

Very impressive surgery staff are great, gps very kind and caring to my residents at my care home, paramedic Dave visits them regularly for a chat and if they have concerns they can be supported with, and great treatment give his a brilliant man.
since they have been visiting the home I've transferred to the surgery myself and am very happy with the service.

I’m very impressed with this practice. Far better than my old one. I moved house at the beginning of May and was able to register very easily. In the first month I was given a medication review, something my old practice hadn’t done in 20+ years. I had a blood test and a review with the diabetes nurse. She was very helpful and explained exactly how my medication would work. It was arranged for me to request repeat prescriptions on line and when I did so to my surprise was delivered next day by the local pharmacy. Old practice took up to 2 weeks to do that! I’ve found all the staff very kind and helpful.

Very disappointed with the service offered by this surgery.
About a year ago due to issues I was experiencing with my stomach I underwent a rather invasive test, and after repeated calls, and me even going there in person on multiple occasions, I was never giving the results; "the doctor is reviewing it", that's all they had to say. A year later, I am still experiencing the same lower abdominal pain.

I received a message requesting me to book a routine blood test, therefore I asked what it included, but the receptionist had no idea and no clue on how to handle the situation, nor who to put me through to. I ended up sending a message to the phlebotomist on Anima and asked for a few additional tests.
When I went in for my appointment, they only did 3 of the tests they were supposed to. So I requested another blood test via Anima which was rejected due to the fact that I had just had a blood test. So I called the reception which booked me in for another test, and when I walked in even the phlebotomist was very confused as to why I was back, only to realise that yes indeed, they hadn't done all the tests they were supposed to.

Additionally I had awful issues getting my prescription through this surgery. I have pointed out at least 3 times already that the dosage I've been prescribed is incorrect, yet they insist on sending me the wrong amount, and most recently I've requested for it to be sent to a different pharmacy, but also this request has been ignored. I'm sorry to say this was not the worst experience I've had with this surgery regarding this matter.

My mother, who also has joined this surgery, went in to get a lump on her back checked. They recommended an ultrasound scan, executed it and never came back to her with the results. a year and a half later she is still waiting.

I want to say how pleased we are with Dr Hussain at Maidstone road surgery . My husband has been unwell for a while and after a face to face appointment the Dr advised him of his next steps and took time to listen to his concerns .
The receptionists were constantly taking calls and helping people as much as they could .
I am pleased that we can report good service it does make a change .

Tried to book a blood test as required for radiotheraphy follow up.
I had an appointment booked for 23rd May asked whether it could be done at same time....no.
Have a shingles jad 13th June...can it be done at same time...no but I could get it done the next day.
One appointment one jab.
The nurses seem to be on holiday or only attending the surgery every other Monday.
Not impressed with service...will go elsewhere for a simple blood test.

I've only spoken to the new Lady doctor once, seemed nice enough, have to see how much she gets involved with me.

Nurse. Deena
Absolutely excellent, I didn't really feel my injections, two of them. She's calming and everything that's good about being a nurse. 😊

Ps.
At the moment I'm wating a month for just a call for my blood results. 🤷‍♂️
