I can honestly say, best customer service I have ever experienced! Great selection of glasses, hand made, one off designs, everything from plastic, carbon fiber to wooden frames, reasonable prices, anything ranging from £50 odd to over £500. You don't find these as Vision Express or others! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to collecting my glasses, and using this opticians in the future. Thanks again!

Venturi Vision provided excellent customer service , when repairing my glasses. The glasses were fixed within a few days and the cost of the repair was considerably less than I had been quote by Leighton's. I will definitely be returning.

I called up and asked for help. Whomever answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I had not had an eye test for a while so I asked what would be their suggestion. They said, an eye test and that's £35. Great!

I was welcomed by all the staff and we reiterated what we had talked about on the phone and what we were doing today. All COVID guidance was adhered to and I felt comfortable.

When it came to pay I was charged the £35 fee AND a £55 fee, the first I had heard of an additional fee or a charge that was due to be greater than what I had booked for £35. I turns out it was for retinal scans which I would have probably opted for anyway if I had been asked with the cost BEFORE the procedure was completed.

Irrespective, I thought it was rather naughty not to have disclosed this sooner and will be going elsewhere for future eye test needs.
