Clearly desperate to write your own reviews! Must have had to extend the office doors to get your head through. They have the worst manager ever (2022), who lacked leadership qualities & had no backbone to pull the company together which reflected in communication as-well as other things. They employed carers they couldn’t manage in ratio to clients that were taken in. Greed for money. Client priority was the least important, I would NEVER use this company for any of your loved ones. Some carers are amazing & deserve credit. The company can’t even meet the basics. Could barely manage staff rotas, called them on their sick days/booked holidays- never gave them a break so disrespectful. This impacted client care. Take on packages they can’t fulfill, says it all. Total trash.
