My recent experience with this GP office has been nothing short of a nightmare. The wait time to register my family was absurdly long, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns.

It's incredibly frustrating to waste precious time waiting for an appointment, only to be met with incompetence and lack of transparency. If they were honest about their limitations, we could have sought help elsewhere instead of enduring this ordeal.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this GP office to anyone. Their disregard for patient well-being and professionalism is appalling. Save yourself the headache and look for a healthcare provider who values your time and respects your concerns.

I normally go brow head surgery but I got sent here for a appointment, what a difference so much cleaner for a start, politer more welcoming staff that don’t look at you like something they’ve just trod in, the medical professional was so accommodating and understand and I feel like I actually might stand a chance getting the help I need after for what browhead branch have palmed me off with for years

Absolutely shocking waiting over a hour for a doctor to see my son to be seen by someone who is not a qualified doctor and then to be told just keep a eye on him and take him a and e if he gets worse and they will ring us with results when a actual doctor gets chance to look at his notes personally think just close it down
