Daryl has been my counsellor for the last two years and I have never been so happy and confident in myself as I am now. I have spent some time talking to Daryl about the various things that fly round my mind. He's very good at questioning and challenging me objectively and constructively.
He has a whole load of techniques, "games" and thought provoking ways of helping me to see things from a different perspective and what may or may not be good or bad.
Additionally and importantly, I don't feel judged.
