Finding them to be unreliable, poor communication. Problem with order, not only that. They use cheaper meds and no green prescription note attached, looking to go back to collecting from local chemist at least you et real customer service (and you can actually speak to someone).

Terrible service. Do not use if you're in an acute emergency. Ordered antibiotics and steroids for my asthma on the Monday and ended up in A and E on the Friday because they haven't arrived in time.

Rang on the Thursday they said they couldn't get them there sooner. Advised that if it's urgent to ring and ask them to send them to my local pharmacy but I needed to do that on the day they were ordered.

The whole point of using pharmacy2u is people are too ill to get to the local pharmacy. Best bit is I told A a d E that I was getting my meds today and I find an email that it's been delayed for another 2 days. So, they're now due on Monday..... 7 days after I've ordered them.

Tldr: It's a 7 day service guys even in an emergency. DO NOT USE if you have a condition that can be life threatening.

Difficult to find, would help if had some signage outside. It’s the same building as IPH. Door at opposite end of Grove House. Cancelled on me the day before though rebooked for the following week.

Shambles. Should have read the previous review. Turned up for pre booked appointment. Shutter down and building locked up. Waited an extra 15 minutes but nobody arrived.
