I visit this home regular as a singer and I never return to homes that i'm not made to feel welcome at as thats why im self employed!
I felt Nathan ( Activity Co-ordineter ) was very professional and helpful, alongside the other staff who got involved in my show throughout, singing New York New York as they kicked there legs in the air.
I can see that the residents think a lot of the staff by the way they would smile and talk to the staff they all seem to have a good relationship.
They was quick to care and cater for the residents and ensured the residents got involved in my show to, as it really helps if someone who knows the residents will gently encourage the audience to get involved.

Neglect their residents, manager is a joke and if your raise any concerns your loved one gets removed from the home, disgusting place they should be ashamed
