Can never get an appointment even when ringing at 8am. Rang two weeks ago at 8am was cut off 3 times and then finally got through after 26 minutes to be told no appointments left whilst crying on the phone because of how ill I felt and that I couldn’t keep water down. Rang 111, was told to go to a & e. Went to a & e, turns out I had pneumonia in both lungs and one lung could’ve collapsed from how much it had been infected and was admitted to hospital for 4 days with after care also.
Called today for my daughter who has a cough and is only 5, just to be cautious with how poorly I was, no appointments left! What grinds my gears more is that they don’t tell you whilst you’re waiting on the phone that they’re fully booked so your time is completely wasted! What was the point in spending money to move to a bigger surgery when no one can get an appointment!! Seriously annoying, thinking of moving surgeries.

Terrible service. You can never get through to book an appointment and if you are lucky to get one it is always a phone call at an unbeknown time in the day. You have to wait by your phone all day and if you miss it you wont get another appointment. (working full time with 2 children this is an impossible task) I have been with the surgery over a year now. I have never been seen face to face. I feel they are always quick to prescribe antibiotics without discussing the symptoms or causes fully. It is by far the worst surgery I have been with. The only positive is the reception team are polite and friendly as they can be.

We have recently moved to the area from Sutton Coldfield and registered with the practice, very easy to do, prompt and a pleasant experience. The service, they as a team, have provided has been excellent. From the reception team, the nurse and the Doctors I have dealt with so far in our short time here has been second to none. Nothing has been too much bother, even when a particular prescription item was not available, an alternative was prescribed and sent to the pharmacy for me to collect. This is such a breath of fresh air, since dealing with the surgery my husband was registered with. Well done!

Not a very nice experience when I came to pick up a prescription. Was left standing at the window for a good while, while the receptionists spoke loudly of their family lives (I could hear their conversations). The lady at the window looked at me and still waited to finish her long story and leave me waiting before she saw to me.
Doctors are good, but the receptionists really need to brush up on their customer service skills. I really wasn’t impressed.

Front desk staff are a cheery helpful team that go beyond to assist. Always been able to get an appointment. Doctors have a great attitude and actually listen. What a gem of a surgery. Having moved from what people would assume to be a far more privileged surgery I can happily say I'm much happier in Chancery Lanes care.

Doctors don’t listen to you at all when you try to tell them something, they just dismiss whatever you say. They aren’t considerate in terms of booking appointments if you have difficulty getting to the surgery, if you can even get an appointment in the first place. Not a friendly environment at all, very condescending attitudes over the phone and in person.
