I have no words to say about this surgery it's really bad, never giving you appointment, not good Dr, (only Dr Manan is good) always empty surgery but still they telling you all appointment booked and team talking enjoying in this surgery.
I'm not well from 5 weeks, after 2 weeks I made appointment but lady Dr siad it's just bacteria you will be fine 2 weeks, she nothing give me,after appointment it's been 3 weeks I'm still not well my breathing voice is loud, I ring 8:10 they received 8:17 and said all appointment booked. I requested so much but still she didn't gave me appointment, she said me my Monday

I've used Hazel valley family practice for over 3 years now, and have always had a great experience. From ringing them at 8 a.m. and getting set up with a same day appointment putting their finger on and often irradicating my worries in a snap, to being supplied my regular prescription, or setting up an MRI etc. Both the Doctors and nurses here always provide a professional and attitude and experience. Even through Covid, they took care of all my worries.

This guy and his team are thieves, I had some paperwork from council which i needed GP to fill.had to pay £125 before handing in the paperwork. He returns it 3weeks later with a letter to the council. Saying he won't sign because 1 question asking if I am fit to drive. And that's nothing to do with the GP and that the DVLA should answer that... brooo I got no medical history and I been diving 20years!! Anyways the council did not accept, and told me in this case I will have to use another doctor. I asked for refund, they can't refund.

I'm not worried about the £125 it's a principal. They took the payment before taking the paperwork. could have just said they can't do it before the payment.

No problem getting an appointment phoned yesterday got an appointment yesterday and was given great advice, reassurance and a plan for care formulated.

Unfortunately very condescending and a one size fits all approach. Did not take a rounded view of health not holistic. No interest in the challenges being faced by the patient or discussion about chronic conditions or the wider challenges presented by that. Came here to find a family caring approach but I was made to feel like I’d done something wrong because I’d had medication on repeat prescription from my previous GP and from the practise for sometime, not my fault. I apparently I shouldn’t have been allowed to have, without a different protocol being followed first, I was made to feel I was to blame. At previous practise for 11 years, no issues until taken over by a group. Not good with women and little understanding of menopause. But that is not uncommon. Have now joined a fabulous practise which has a menopause specialist and under a health practitioner to manage complex health needs.

Amazing service, always manage to get an appointment. When turning up for appointments the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Receptionist will tell you you’re ’wasting an appointment’ when you ask to speak to a doctor as you have genuine concerns regarding medication you will be taking.

I made a phone appointment with Dr Mannan for 4.10pm .He rang me at 2.24 pm and asked me to go to the surgery so he could see me instead as my symptoms needed to be seen . He was very thorough and every effort was made to sort out my medications which I’m pleased to say has worked wonders. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The staff and doctors at this practice are wonderful and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
